Even though the hotel was a bit far from the elevator and the rooms were pricey, the convenience of the location close to shops and dining options stood out. The service was a mix of helpfulness during check-in and check-out but disappointing with slow and rude interactions. The dining experience left much to be desired, with a cold meal and poor service, but the convenient facilities were appreciated overall.
